A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
This eastern philosophical, new age idealism, has many captivating aspects. I enjoyed his reasoning which is easy to comprehend and I can see why people would be drawn in by his points.

Review: Vanity Fair
Vanity Fair by William Makepeace Thackeray
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
A realistic novel, although a little dull, this work looks into the hearts of men. We all have a tendency to be vain and vanity affects all relationships. This book showed me that humility has no rival in difficulty to master yet must be sought daily.

Review: Arms and the Man
Arms and the Man by George Bernard Shaw
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Funny, easy to read and smothered with symbol into Shaw's view of life. A play I'd enjoy seeing on stage.
